How do you create a shot when the defense closes in?

A shot often starts before the ball reaches the box. Describe the Style, Flow, first touch and timing that created space against a defender.

Describe a possession from first touch to shot. Which Style and Flow were active, where was the defender, and which move created the opening? A missed attempt is useful too if it shows the counterplay.
