Which character matchup needs a better explanation?

A character guide is incomplete if it never says when a move is unsafe. Which matchup exposes a gap in the current kit notes?

A matchup note should say who can interrupt whom. Name both fighters, the opening move and the opponent response that punished it; the character guide can then show the real risk.
