MM2: major change watch

A new event weapon or change to how a set is obtained belongs here with its source and date. Minor value movements are better discussed in the trading room.

Record a newly obtainable weapon or event set with its official source and date. Explain whether it enters through a box, event or reward; a value estimate belongs in weapon trading. Update archive.
