Fisch: major change watch

New rods, islands or fish pools deserve a separate discussion when they change the catch plan. A small description correction belongs in the bestiary; put source evidence for bigger changes here.

When a rod, island or fish pool changes, give the catch conditions before and after. A screenshot of the rod stats or bestiary entry makes the report useful beyond the first day of the patch. Update archive.
