TSB: major change watch

A move rework, cooldown or character addition deserves a thread when it changes a combo. Show the old and new interaction with a source or clip.

For a character change, record the move, the old and new interaction and a dated clip. Say whether it changes a reliable opening or only a training-room combo. Update archive.
