Dead Rails: major change watch

A new class, stop or enemy changes a route more than a small cosmetic patch. Include the source and what you now pack differently.

A new class, stop or enemy affects a run only if it changes what goes on the train. Give the release source, the supply or route decision and a comparison with the prior plan. Update archive.
