The Fishing Rod can be obtained by interacting with the Fisherman who is located in all three seas.

Usage
The Fishing Rod allows the player to fish. The player must be near the ocean/river for the fishing rod to work; otherwise, it will be cancelled. This also happens if the player is standing on the water they are attempting to fish in. When a fish appears, an exclamation mark icon will show, and the user needs to complete a minigame. As this is the first fishing rod, rarer fish are more difficult to catch during the minigame.
