The Soggy Boot can be obtained through Fishing anywhere of the map in any sea. When catching it, a message will display: "That's not a fish, that's a Soggy Boot."

In the Inventory, the Soggy Boot is shown to be a part of the Fishes group, even when it is not a fish. Sometimes when the player opens their inventory their Soggy Boot will disappear due to a bug. Even though the Soggy Boot has an equip button it won't work, so the player cannot equip it. The Soggy Boot has unknown weight/price. The max limit of this item is 99.
