Overview
RockStar is a commercial clothing store in Brookhaven, located on Maple Street. The venue serves as an in-game clothing boutique where players can browse various apparel displays and utilize interactive fitting room mirrors to customize their character's appearance.
Interior
The exterior facade features a white storefront design with a black-and-white striped bottom border and a large overhead sign reading "RockStar," flanked by two glowing star symbols. Large clear glass windows provide a full view of the interior from the street. The interior is designed with light wood laminate flooring, white walls, and a contrasting exposed brick accent wall on the left side, all illuminated by an overhead black grid track lighting system. In the front-center of the sales floor stands a large, angular black checkout desk equipped with a point-of-sale computer monitor for roleplay purposes. A long wooden display island sits in the middle of the room, showcasing neatly folded rows of shirts and pants. The surrounding walls feature several specialized clothing departments and interactive fitting areas: Apparel Displays: Multiple light-wood shelving units and metal clothing racks are positioned along the brick and drywall parameters, dividing the inventory into designated "Boys" and "Girls" clothing sections filled with various hanging garments, folded items, and shoe boxes. Potted snake plants are placed in the corners as minimalist decorations. Interactive Changing Rooms: Embedded into the retail walls are two large, glowing full-length mirrors labeled for customization. Interacting with these stations or entering the white staff door in the back-right corner connects players to clothing options and roleplay outfits.
Patch history
Due to the availability of the global Avatar Editor located on the game's sidebar user interface, the physical clothing store is historically one of the less frequently visited commercial venues on the map. The structure previously included a fully accessible second-floor layout. In January 2020, this upper level functioned as a dedicated music room, and it was later permanently replaced by The Dentist clinic during the October 2021 map update. The building originally contained a functional background music feature, which was entirely removed from the shop unit when Club Brooks was introduced to the town. The store received a major aesthetic and asset overhaul during the 2024 map optimization updates, which completely modernized the interior flooring, shelving, and wall textures.
