Overview
St. Lukes Hospital is the medical hospital in Brookhaven. It is located on Brookhaven Avenue. The hospital has 2 floor, a rooftop and an emergency entry. Only the first floor of the hospital is used as a medical building, while the second floor is abandoned and looks like the hospital once had a second floor.
Appareance
The exterior of the hospital has a modern look with blue windows, a white look and a slanted roof. Upon entering the building, players can see the reception with a counter. On the right there is a pharmacy and inside there are some waiting chairs, a patient role and a wheelchair that can be used. Behind the counter, players can go in the main hospital where there are 3 rooms with working curtains. Each of them have a bed in the middle, a dresser and some hospital decoration such as a chair for visitors, a tv etc. On the left there's the surgery room with medical equipment, the room has curtains that can be closed so people from outside can't view what's happening inside. Next to the surgery room there's the nursery, with babies. On the right there's the X-Ray room where players can go inside the X-Ray. Behind the X-Ray sign, players can enter a secret room that has a table with a small button under it. Players can press it and they will get teleported to a secret room. Next to the X-Ray room there's the emergency entrance. There is also a second floor which can be accessed by jumping on one of the poles or the Emergency sign at the car park near the cemetery, then jumping onto the roof and entering through the cracked door. The entire area has very dim lighting, making it feel abandoned and mysterious. The walls and floors are covered in dirt, rust, and damage, giving the floor an old and unsafe appearance. Inside, there are several chairs with a sign labeled “EXPERIMENTAL” above them.
Patch history
Players can find hidden logos connected to the Agency building scattered throughout different parts of St. Luke’s Hospital. One of the most well-known locations is on the abandoned second floor of the hospital, where players can discover clues and details that hint at mysterious secrets tied to Brookhaven lore and the Agency itself. In the older 2020 version of the hospital, one of the cabinet drawers located behind the front counter was left partially open. The area also included laptops, papers, and two chairs placed behind the desk, making the scene look more realistic and mysterious. Inside the drawer were classified-looking files, which caused many players to create theories about secret experiments or hidden stories connected to the hospital. This feature was later removed in newer updates of the game. During the 2020 version of St. Luke’s Hospital, players could find two differently colored syringes placed on trays around the building. A blue-colored syringe could be seen on the first floor, while a green-colored syringe appeared on the second floor. These props became a memorable detail for older Brookhaven players, but they were eventually removed from the game, along with similar syringe items in many other Roblox games, due to Roblox safety and content guidelines. In the 2025 Brookhaven update, St. Luke’s Hospital received several new props and environmental changes around the building.
