Overview
"The embodiment of spring itself, this Ancient Easter variant of Aranga are a joyful species that hop around hiding tiny chocolate eggs (or other surprises!) when the festivity arrives. It has a lot of energy despite its large size, sometimes forgetting it and being a little clumsy. They are great companions nonetheless!"

Patch history
Modeled by JaxonBirb. The Ancient Aranga was inspired by the original Aranga's design, Easter eggs, hares, and Haku's dragon form from the film Spirited Away. The Ancient Aranga's concept was originally submitted as a remodel/Advanced version of the regular Aranga. The Ancient Aranga naturally has the Smooth Plastic material which is colored permanent Snowflake. The Ancient Aranga naturally emits a glowing aura from its tail feathers. The Ancient Aranga was introduced on April 13th, 2024, at 7:11 PM EST, when the 1,000,000 Honey Key community goal was met in the final puzzle room. The Ancient Aranga was partially shown in the Week 3 icon of the Easter Event 2024 before the community goal was met. The Aranga glyphs located in the ninth puzzle room, on the fourteenth puzzle door, and in the fourteenth puzzle room also somewhat teased the possibility of another Aranga. The Ancient Aranga's model received slight adjustments on April 15th, 2024. The, Ancient Tosknir, and Ancient Skriffei are currently the only "ancient" dragons in the game. The was the first ancient dragon to be released. Prior to April 19th, 2024, the Ancient Aranga was listed as a separate species from the Aranga, but it did not have its own Dragonpedia entry. The Ancient Aranga did count towards the total amount of unique dragon species the player owned and had its own icon for the Undercity auction log, however. At an unknown date in mid 2024, the "hope" typo in the first sentence of the Ancient Aranga's Dragonpedia entry was corrected to "hop."
