"The Krekiz is commonly found within the Ocean world. These shark-like dragons are often loners who swim around at the depths of the water, hiding away in the shadows. They have an incredible sense, which can detect other dragons from further away just by the flow of water currents. Krekiz dragons are more aggressive, getting into fights with Tarakas. They share the same diet, often stealing each others meal frequently. The Krekiz isn't very skilled in battle but can quickly navigate amongst the water to escape their foe. These dragons require some patience to gain their trust, but once they believe in you nothing will ever deter their dedication to you."

Modeled by Erythia. Animated by Erythia. The Krekiz was based off of sharks. The Advanced Krekiz was based on multiple species of sharks, including the thresher shark, goblin shark, great white shark, and the blacktip reef shark. The Krekiz is one of two dragons to have visible gills, the other being the Amphyll. The, like all other currently released world dragons, received hatch presets on February 9th, 2024. The breeding cooldown of the Krekiz was lowered from 1 hour, 33 minutes, and 20 seconds to 1 hour and 20 minutes at an unknown date. The received stat adjustments and an Advanced model on November 15th, 2024. Its Level 1 and 20 bite damage were raised from 23 and 450 to 24 and 475, respectively.
