The Lantern Lights Trait Potion is a trait potion that can be used on a dragon to give it the Lantern Lights event cosmetic trait. It could be obtained from completing the 12th mission of Shan's Missions: "Offer an Amphyll with the Aura Cosmetic Trait." The Lantern Lights cosmetic trait can not be passed down through breeding.
