It was added along with steam happi, BoboR6, Jard R6 and Mimic on October 28th, 2024. These enemies can be categorized as not being nextbots, as they have a humanoid rig. Angry Bobo R6 was added as a replacement of Angry Bobo on October 28th, 2024 for unknown reasons. Angry Bobo R6 in 1.2x times faster than regular nextbot.

Its audio plays at 0.5x speed, the same as Angry Bobo. His red eyes are made of an unusual cosmetics called Crimson Mist Watcher from Halloween 2024 battlepass. Angry Bobo R6 is the fastest AI in the game, the second one being Steam happi. Presumably, Angry Bobo R6 is a replacement of his 2D version - Angry Bobo, but it's unconfirmed. Angry Bobo R6 shares his idle and kill sound with Angry Bobo and Slenderman.
