Patch history
The Heavy is from Team Fortress 2, along with Scout, Engineer, Demoman, Pyro, Sniper, Medic, Soldier, and Spy. Heavy has an image that was meant to be changed during Overhaul which is why he points his little finger at the player. But it was cancelled because the image didn't fit. The same happens with Grunt, Normal Difficulty, Demoman and Engineer. His idle sound is most likely from the entire video, Meet the Heavy. Heavy and Pootis based on a same person.
