He was added on March 17th, 2024 in The St. Patrick's Day Update 2024. He was briefly removed from the game for unknown reasons, but was eventually re-added. It can be seen primarily in public servers.

Trivia
Napoleon is the third nextbot to be sad, the first being Sad Sponge and the second being Literally Me. The nextbot sadly hasn't had the original sound from meme because the song is copyrighted.
