September 24th, 2022 An Unusual Update Added Popcat. October 13th, 2024 Overhaul Removed Popcat’s kill sounds. November 19th, 2024 R15 Update Pop Cat got an animated image. July 18th, 2026 Summer 2026 Reverted Gif to the old image. July 22th, 2026 Restored gif to original state. Added killfeed image.
Trivia
Pop Cat was a popular meme around 2019 and 2020, Pop Cat makes a popping sound in-game just like in the meme. As of November 19th, 2024, it is now animated. Currently Popcat is the only regular nextbot with GIF image. As of now, Popcat's kill sounds were eliminated, same with Anuc. This is because their kill sounds didn't fit with their animated image. Hippo shower has the same idle sound as Pop Cat, but most likely it is used as a temporary placeholder for him. Pop Cat also have it's own skin called Popcat Radar, with could be obtained in Winter Holidays battle pass. Pop Cat is one of nine nextbots, that has cosmetic items, which is based on itself, other is Cat Jard, Gubby, Angler, Turkey, Bobo, Lupen, Fazbore and M3GAN.
