Sanic is the first created nextbot in the world, it was added to Garry's Mod workshop on August 30th, 2013. Sanic is the first nextbot in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, the second being Shadow the Hedgehog. Sanic is based off a crudely recreated drawing of Sonic the Hedgehog made by 0nyxheart. It was created in MS Paint in the early 2010. Sanic have the same speed boost (5%) as Scout and ATrain. Sanic has differing idle audio to his origin in Garry's Mod, in which it was a heavily bass boosted and amplified version of the Green Hill Zone theme.
