Originally in submission Senator Armstrong should have had a GIF image, but in at the last moment GIF image was canceled, it had to be replaced with a png. Currently, Senator Armstrong is the only nextbot that is related to Metal Gear Rising game series. In Nico's Nextbots, Senator Armstrong uses a GIF image.
