Appearance

The Polar Bear Cave is located with its obvious hump appearance and bones stuck in its body. It is mostly underground but has a slight entrance where you can see the inside of the cave. Inside of the cave, there are 2 Polar Bears guarding the cave along with 2-3 frozen Cultists. Ice Chest (frozen). Rifle Ammo. Revolver Ammo. Cultist Experiment (frozen). Cultist Prototype (frozen). Frozen Snow egg (Only durig Easter 2026).

Tips

You can stand on top of the entrance to attract the polar bears and kill them using a strong weapon like Tactical Shotgun or Rifle. Do not engage Polar Bears close (unless they are low on health) as 2 polar bears can very easily run you down. Use an Ice Axe to efficiently and more quickly chop down the ice block encasing the loot. It may take a while to kill the Polar Bears guarding the cave, so make sure you have Warm Clothes equipped so that you won't freeze and lose your ability to sprint.
