The Wind Chime Tree has an evil version of it called the "Cultist Tree" The Wind Chime Tree is one of the tree's that cannot be chopped down along with the Cultist tree and the Spider Infested Tree. The Wind Chimes tree can be easily mistaken as a "Misc" Structure for its basic appearance. But since it has a chest, it is considered as "Area."
