The Heart Heels are limited common pet accessories in Adopt Me! that were released on February 14, 2025, alongside the Valentine's Event (2025). Players could have purchased them for 400 Hearts. They can now only be obtained through trading, as they left the game on February 28, 2025.

Appearance
The Heart Heels feature pink heels with a pink strap decorated with a heart. There is also a white sock with ruffles inside of each heel.
