The Scoob Collar was a cancelled pet accessory that Scoob wore in the Scoob Event (2020). It was intended to be the reward for fully aging up the Scoob pet. To avoid copyright, the Scoob Collar was scrapped and replaced with three other pet accessories (The Detective Mustache, Detective Hat, and Magnifying Glass).
