It could have been found and taken for free from the stand next to the Accessory Shop, or obtained through trading. The 2025 Birthday Cake disappeared from a player's inventory when they left the game. As a result of this, it is now completely unobtainable, since it left the game on August 29, 2025.

The 2025 Birthday Cake features a layered yellow and magenta cake with a dollop of whipped cream on the top. Its appearance is the same as the 2024 Birthday Cake and Birthday Cake.
How to use
The 2025 Birthday Cake took one bite/interaction to fully consume, and could be used to fulfill the 'hunger' ailment for a pet or baby. If a player ate the 2025 Birthday Cake, their walk speed would increase.
