The Yarn Beanie was a temporary rare food in Adopt Me! that was released on December 12, 2025, alongside week two of the Winter Event (2025). Players had a 12.5% chance to earn it from event minigames, and could receive one for completing their daily tasks. It was also obtainable through trading, and a bundle of 10 Yarn Beanies was purchasable for 250 Robux. It left the game on January 5, 2026, and all remaining copies of this item were later changed into the Yarn Beanie pet accessory on January 16, 2026.

Appearance
The Yarn Beanie features a red beanie with a knitted texture topped with a red pom-pom. It bears the same appearance as its pet accessory counterpart.
Usage
During the Winter Event (2025), players could use a Yarn Beanie to gain 5-10% progress on taming a Snowball Pug. The progress gained depended on how well they timed their throw in the taming minigame: if their throw landed on the highlighted area in the middle, they would gain 10% taming progress. If not, they would get 5% taming progress.
