Overview[1]
Bucks (also known as AM (Adopt Me!) Bucks, or Adopt Me Currency - AMC for short) are the main currency of the Adopt Me! game. They can be used to buy in-game items such as food, toys, gifts, eggs, and vehicles. They can be used to purchase houses and furniture for houses. The maximum amount of Bucks a player can make every in-game day is 300 Bucks; the amount is raised to 500 Bucks if they have a Pet Handler Pro Certificate active. After the player has reached this limit, a message will pop up at the bottom of their screen, reading “Maximum reward of 300 Bucks reached”. Every few months, Adopt Me!
How to Earn Bucks
Bucks are mainly earned through fulfilling a baby or pet's ailments. Occasionally, a 3x Bucks and XP bonus is offered to a player if they fulfill a specific item request for the catch, ride, walk, hungry, and thirsty ailments on a pet. Below is a list of ailments, how to complete them, and the amount of Bucks that they reward. Another way of making Bucks is by working jobs at the Salon, Pizza Shop, School and Hospital. These jobs were introduced on September 22, 2022, and allow players to make up to 50 Bucks every in-game day. Players can also earn Bucks by completing tasks on the Task Board. Another way to earn Bucks is from the Daily Reward. Every day, a player is given a sum of bucks that starts with 25 Bucks and accumulates as the player increases their login streak (though it resets after every 5th day). Players earn 25 Bucks the first day, 50 Bucks the second, 100 Bucks the third, 200 Bucks the fourth, and 300 Bucks on the fifth; on the 30th day, players receive 500 Bucks. Players also receive a number of stars that they can use in the Star Rewards. Another way to earn Bucks is by using a Lemonade Stand, Hotdog Stand, Cotton Candy Stand, Hot Cocoa Stand, Snow Cone Stand, or a Dance Arcade Stand. Players can buy all of these stands for varying amounts of, except for the Cotton Candy Stand and Hot Cocoa Stand, which have left the game. They can otherwise be obtained by trading. To use these items, the player can place them down anywhere on the map, and set a price to sell food or usage of the item for.
