The Hippo is a limited rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on June 8, 2023, along with the Danger Egg. As it is now unavailable, it can only be obtained through hatching any remaining Danger Eggs or through trading. Players have a 20% chance of hatching a rare pet from the Danger Egg, but only a 10% chance of hatching a Hippo.

Appearance
The Hippo features a brown head with white teeth sticking out its mouth, two black eyes, and two small ears with pink inner ears. It has a brown body and four feet.

Neon appearance
The Neon Hippo glows yellow on its inner ears, teeth, and underbelly.
Mega Neon appearance
The Mega Neon Hippo glows in the same areas as the Neon Hippo, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
