The Kelp Raider is a limited rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on July 18, 2025, alongside the third week of the Summer Festival (2025). It was obtainable through purchasing and opening a Kelp Raider Box for 13,000 Doubloons. It can now only be obtained through trading or opening any remaining Kelp Raider Boxes. There is a 33% chance of obtaining a Kelp Raider from the Kelp Raider Box.

Neon Appearance
The Neon Kelp Raider glows golden yellow on its hook hand, the bottom pincer of its other hand, face freckles, and the collar, bottom lining, and front flaps of its coat. The skull and crossbones design on its hat glows mostly white, except for the eye sockets which glow yellow.
Mega Neon Appearance
The Mega Neon Kelp Raider glows in the same areas as the Neon Kelp Raider, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
Trivia
The Kelp Raider was featured as an enemy in the Summer Festival (2025) minigame, Treasure Defense.
