The Salamander is a limited ultra-rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on March 17, 2022, along with the Woodland Egg. As the Woodland Egg is now unavailable for purchase, players can only obtain the Salamander by trading with other players or by hatching any remaining Woodland Eggs. Players have a 20% chance of hatching an ultra-rare from the Woodland Egg, but only a 10% chance of hatching the Salamander.

Appearance
The Salamander features a long thin navy blue body with five yellow stripes, a yellow underbelly, navy blue feet, tail, head, and two beady black eyes.

Neon appearance
The Neon Salamander has its underbelly, stripes, and the underside of its tail glowing a bright magenta.
Mega Neon appearance
The Mega Neon Salamander glows in the same areas as the Neon Salamander, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
