As it is now unavailable, it can only be obtained through hatching any remaining Southeast Asia Eggs or through trading. Players have a 25% chance of hatching an uncommon pet from a Southeast Asia Egg, but only a 12.5% chance of hatching a Yellow-lipped Sea Krait.

Appearance
The Yellow-lipped Sea Krait has a long yellow body with a white underside. It has black stripes throughout its body and on its head, and black beady eyes.
