The Axe Rattle is a limited uncommon toy in Adopt Me! that was released on October 18, 2019, along with the Halloween Event (2019). Players could purchase it in the Candy Trading Shop for 2,500 Candy. As the event has ended, the Axe Rattle can now only be obtained through trading.
