The Creepy Balloon is a limited common toy in Adopt Me! that was added to the game on October 18, 2019, as a part of the Halloween Event (2019). It could have been purchased in the Candy Trading Shop for 2,000 Candy. As the event ended on November 1, 2019, it can now only be obtained by trading with other players.
