Completing Dapper Bear's 7th and 14th quests each reward 1x Refreshing Vial. Using the Nectar Condenser to condense 12 hours of Refreshing Nectar. Adding the Refreshing Nectar Icon to the Sticker Stack rewards 1x Refreshing Vial. Completing Dapper Bear's Beesmas quest rewards 1x Refreshing Vial and other items.
