Patch history
The Pulsar has a similar collection range as the Honey Dipper and the Porcelain Dipper, only both of them have a slightly bigger collection range, and the Porcelain Dipper summons a large pillar of light every 10th swing that collects pollen.
The Pulsar, Gummyballer, and Sticker-Seeker are tied for the slowest tool in the game (in terms of how long the cooldown of each collection lasts).
The Pulsar may possibly be the upgraded version of the Vacuum.
This is because pulsars are a type of neutron star (which have high gravity and suck stuff in, similar to a vacuum's function).
