The Terror Jaw can be crafted from the Shark Hunter using the following materials: Terror Eyes Mutant Teeth Fool's Gold Shark Teeth

The Terror Jaw grants the player 10% more damage on sword attacks, 10% cooldown reduction on any attack, 20% defense against sea events, 200 energy and 200 health.
Trivia
The Terrorshark also has a similar design of the accessory on its model, hence the name "Terror Jaw".
