type: Gun; sea: 1 The Dual Flintlock (formerly known as Refined Flintlock) is a gun. Despite being a First Sea gun, Dual Flintlock has quite a few good combos, namely the [X] Bullet Storm, providing a very potent held stun. Despite it's uses however, the gun suffers from the unusually long cooldown for the [X] move, often only working once in most fights.
