• The shotgun was first displayed in a video uploaded by MR BLAX, where the co-owner of Blox Fruits, rip_indra, used it to fight. • In the Blox Fruits Dating Simulator, rip_indra refers to it as "Ol' Betsy". • Uzoth always refers to it as "Betty" instead of "Betsy".
