The Cave Island is a tiny island in the Second Sea. It has three chests: a silver (on one side of the large main cave), a gold (on the grassy top), and a diamond (behind a partial wall in the upper room).
How to get it
This Cave Island is located in a remote area in the Second Sea, to the east of Kingdom of Rose's docks.

This Cave Island is located in a remote area in the Second Sea, to the east of Kingdom of Rose's docks.
Upper Cave
The Cave Island has a hidden upper room which is accessed through a small square opening in the ceiling (look carefully near a wall). This upper room is one of the five spawn locations for the blue flower found on one side of the mint-green grassy carpet. The blue flower will only be spawned at night. There is also a Diamond chest concealed behind a partial wall.
Patch history
The Cave Island does not have an official name. It is not accessible from Portal's World Warp ability. There used to be a Poneglyph on Cave Island, but it was later removed in Update 13. The Cave Island does not have its own background music, but the sea background music plays instead. Like the Remote Island and Jean-Luc Island, The Cave Island is not really considered an island and using a Miracle onto this island will not make the boat land onto the sea. therefore, The player can drive the boat into the cave island, and land it in the island's ground. This makes the cave island an ideal area for sea event hunting, as the player can walk on the cave island's floor and Sharks and Piranhas can't get inside the island, thus preserving the boat's health and allowing Players with other Races to kill the sea events freely. But the player should be aware that Ship Raid cannons can pass though the walls and hit the player's boat
