Overview
The Hidden Key can be obtained with a 5% chance by defeating Awakened Ice Admiral or a lower chance from one of the two enemies at Ice Castle: Snow Lurkers and Arctic Warriors.

Usage
The player can use the Hidden Key to unlock Rengoku. To obtain it, follow the steps here. The player can always enter the passage under the staircase but cannot unlock the chest that hold Rengoku if they don't have the key or already obtained Rengoku.
Notes
For some strange reason, the key can still be obtained in the Dungeons. After obtaining Rengoku and equipping it, the player will receive the "Samurai" title. The chances of getting the Hidden Key will double with the 2x Boss Drops gamepass. The chances of getting the Library Key are much higher than getting the Hidden Key. The picture here shows the location of the secret passage which has the chest containing Rengoku which can only be opened by the Hidden Key. After the player opens the black chest, it will disappear if the player enters the room again (the black chest is only usable once).
