Overview
The Library Key can be dropped with a 10% chance by defeating the Awakened Ice Admiral who is located at the main room in Ice Castle. Upon defeating the Admiral it's possible to also get the Hidden Key, at a significantly lower chance.

Usage
The Library Key is one of the requirements to obtain Death Step, this key can be used to open the room on the right of the corridor in the Ice Castle where Phoeyu is located. More information can be found here.
Notes
The Library Key (along with the Hidden Key, Water Key and Red Key) will disappear when the player dies or leaves the game. The Library Key can only be dropped by the Awakened Ice Admiral, unlike the Hidden Key which can be dropped by all the enemies in Ice Castle. The Library Key can be used even if the requirements of Death Step has not been met, allowing for the door to be permanently opened, even if the player leaves and joins another server.
