Overview
El Admin can be found in the middle room of the left-side sleeping quarters of the Cursed Ship. The player must be at least Lv. 1000 to enter the Cursed Ship through the door.

El Admin will sell the player the Midnight Blade for 100 Ectoplasm Ectoplasm. If the player doesn't have enough Ectoplasm, he will say "Sorry, you need 100 Ectoplasm to make a deal with me."
Notes
The player used to be able to go to the Cursed Ship without meeting the level requirement by driving a boat or using Portal's move. However, in Update 15, the player can no longer obtain Ectoplasm without being above Lvl 1,000.
