The Experienced Captain is located at the Middle Town and on the docks of Port Town.

Usage
The player needs to be at Lv. 700+ and has completed the Military Detective's quest in order to be able to interact with the Experienced Captain. If the player has not completed the requirements, the Experienced Captain will show the dialogue "Keep it moving." After completing the Military Detective's mission, the Experienced Captain can teleport the player to the Second Sea. This also works even if the player wants to go back to Second Sea once they are in the Third Sea.
Trivia
The player cannot teleport to the Second Sea while they are in combat. If for any reason that is not level or requirements, like an error, the player can't travel across seas, it will say "Sorry, something came up. Can't do that right now".
