Overview
The Horned Man is a quest NPC. He gives the player a quest to get the Aura Color and the title "Final Hero" (#168). The quest doesn't have a level requirement, however, the player cannot access the Beautiful Pirate's Domain if they are below Lv. 1950 unless they glitch into it.

Location
The Horned Man is located on the Floating Turtle, in a large tree in the middle of the island. If the player searches through the small platforms above the trees, they will eventually find him.
Patch history
The player needs to be Lv. 1950 to gain access to the Beautiful Pirate's room. It is not required to have other Aura colors to unlock this Aura color. The player doesn't need max Aura to unlock this color, unlike others. Each boss drops a number of fragments depending on the quest: Stone 100 Fragment Hydra Leader 200 Fragment Kilo Admiral 300 Fragment Captain Elephant 400 Fragment Beautiful Pirate 500 Fragment Total: 1500 Fragment Once a player finishes the quest, they cannot start it again. This quest is also required to be completed for obtaining Draco V3.
