The Marine Lieutenants possess brown, combed hair and a unibrow. They wear a blue and white navy coat with gold decorations, and a blue necktie, plus a white button-up shirt, blue pants and black shoes.

Location

The Marine Lieutenants can be found at the left side of Green Zone, Second Sea.

Behavior

The Marine Lieutenants use Katana as their weapon and use its old [Z] move.

Notes

The Marine Lieutenants are very far from each other, so it is recommended to use a flight move that deals damage to grind them, such as Venom, Shadow and Blizzard's flight. Speed boosting abilities or skills can also be beneficial. It is heavily discouraged to grind the Marine Lieutenants, as they are very spaced out and can stop chasing the player, potentially costing them more time. Instead, it is recommended to keep grinding Swan Pirates. If the player really wants to grind the Marine Lieutenants, they can group up the two Marine Lieutenants near the quest giver and attack them as a alternative. As with many NPCs, their attacks can be easily avoided by maintaining a distance from them, and staying in the air.
