Parlus wears a copper colored coat which exposes his abs. He bears a black pant and neatly combed hair with one strand sticking out in the front. He stands with his right hand behind his head.

Location

Parlus is found on the right side of Marine Fortress, in the watchtower with the silver chest on it (upon entering the watchtower a pit could be entered from the front). To find him, the player must then fall to his location from a hole at the top of the watchtower.
