Property Gameplay & Trivia
Roleplay Indicators: In the game menu, properties specifically configured as workspace feature a distinct red outline frame. On the wiki, these are designated with the automated Roleplay Set badge inside their respective showcase subpages. Security & Safes: Nearly every home in Brookhaven features a hidden wall safe used for criminal roleplay. Most properties also include hidden rooms, panic bunkers, or escape tunnels. Property Lifecycle: Players are restricted to owning one property slot at a time. Relinquishing a property or swapping houses initiates a universal 2-minute cooldown before another can be claimed. Disaster Mechanics: Structural fires can be manually triggered on command using the; Disaster Pack* gamepass, or triggered naturally by interacting with fireplaces, stoves, and grills left unattended. Permissions Hierarchy: Adding a player as a Roommate allows them universal click access to interior house animations, locking systems, and vehicle garages. Family members receive these perks by default and bypass standard ban scripts. Category:Houses
