Furthermore, their health is nothing to boast about, rendering them vulnerable in the face of danger. Nevertheless, their docile nature and willingness to bond with humans have endeared them to many, often finding a place as loyal companions and steadfast friends."

Models of the Rocirus' head can be found displaying head and neck accessories in the Undercity. The Rocirus' scrapped remodel is used by the Ovicirus. The Rocirus and the Ovicirus are said to be close relatives.
