Baseplate is one of the various dev-only maps in Evade. This map is exclusive for main developers. It was released on August 2nd, 2022 before the release of the game. The map was created by OsterDog and Beefchoplets.
Large blue ramp, similar to Ramp map from the Overhaul, with various objects and props. Baseplate intended for testing of various new game features before they came out.

Update History
August 2nd, 2022 Before release Added Baseplate (Dev-only). November 1st, 2023 Halloween 2023 Removed Baseplate. Returned to the game in the same day. October 13th, 2024 Overhaul Removed Baseplate.
Patch history
Baseplate was released in the same day as Placebo. The layout of Baseplate always changes by one of main developers Oster and/or Beef, because this map assigned for testing the new features, which are in the process of development or finished and requires testing. For now the Baseplate has the most design changes above all other maps. This map was used for the last alpha-testing before the game's release on August 4th, 2022. Also Baseplate was featured in several sneak peeks/leaks/video teasers later, such as leaks for Player Nextbots gamemode, Unusuals cosmetics and Item Skins cosmetics. You can find image of Baseplate on several other maps, such as Funrooms (on arcade machine) and Fazbear Pizzeria (on computer). For short period of time Baseplate contained several vehicles, such as Plane and Spirit and other small ground vehicles, such as Warthog.
