Forest

Forest is one of the various maps in Evade. It was released on October 13th, 2024 within the Overhaul update. It was created by Beefchoplets. The map was first presented in Evade Testing on September 21st, 2024. It is the fifth map to always be surrounded by darkness, the others being Underground Facility, Sewers, Sunken Cavern, and Death Maze.

The Forest is, as the name suggests, a large forest surrounded by darkness and rain weather, with several trees, bushes, shallow ponds, and an electric tower. A singular road runs through the map with several streetlights sparsely scattered alongside it; these streetlights are only light sources on the map. Because it is so dark, it is advisable to bring Night Vision to better orient yourself. From time to time, there will be lightning that will illuminate the map a little. There is also a siren that will sound 2-3 times per round. You can find the ATV on the map near the road. The map appears to be inspired by the forest from the video game Slender: The Eight Pages, but this is not confirmed.
