Trimp

MapsEvade

Overview[1]

Trimp is one of the various maps in Evade. It was released on September 24th, 2022 in An Unusual Update. It was created by Beefchoplets. It is the first map. It has a 1 in 20 ( or 5%) chance to appear in the map pool, making it the first rare map, after which Brutalist Void and Death Maze go. Trimp has been removed from the game after the Overhaul release on October 13th, 2024, but this map is still playable in Legacy gamemode. As of August 5th, 2026 Trimp has been re-read from the Legacy.

Trimp is an map that only appears 5% of the time in map voting, being the rarest map in Evade. Trimp consists of multiple heights, ramps, and walls to avoid. This map has speed pads to help you beat it without cola. Trimp has one nextbot which will follow you around until you beat the map and enter safety. If you are fall into the void, you will not die, instead you will appear on map spawn at the initial platform. To progress in Trimp, one must use the speed pads to go extremely fast on the slopes. The name for doing this action is Trimping, a universal term in gaming for going fast enough on a slope to slide off of it.

Patch history

This map uses a inserted version of Speed Pad but more powerful than both Cola and gives large speed boost for two seconds. It disappears in the beginning of third round after 1 minute and 30 seconds. Before the release of the Overhaul update, you could have reached the end of Trimp by means of vehicles, that could be installed through VIP Server Panel. Examples of vehicles, that can reach the end of Trimp are Plane and Bliss of Finality. Regardless of how many players are on the server, there will be only one nextbot on the map. Trimp has similarities with another map namely Surfing, which was added on November 1st, 2023 within the Halloween 2023 and removed in the same day. During short period of time in one of the platform was a radio (with plays Upbeat), after unknown date it becomes invisible. This is the only removed map that can still be found in Legacy.
